Construction principle
The main structural components of the internal inlet orifice plate fine (membrane) grille include: filter orifice plate, sprocket chain, main frame, flushing system and filter residue collection components, grille housing, drive motor, system seals, etc. Filtering principle: The sewage to be filtered enters the grille from the middle of the inlet frame of the orifice plate. The sewage flows out through the orifice plate on both sides of the grille, and suspended substances such as filter residue, hair, and fibers are trapped on the inner wall of the orifice plate. When the entire filter orifice plate runs, the suspended substances on the inner wall are lifted up to the top. A pressure flushing water pipeline is set above the outer side of the top orifice plate. The pressure water is used to automatically flush the orifice plate, and the trapped filter residue substances are washed into the collection water tank below the inner side of the orifice plate. They flow from the conveying water tank to the filter residue press machine for pressing and dehydration treatment. The entire filtration process and pressing dehydration are carried out in a continuous and automatic state.

The product can continuously and automatically remove suspended solids from the filtered water during operation.
